Not only do we want propane to be your fuel of choice, but we want to be your propane provider of choice. That’s why we provide multiple options for you to pay for the propane you use.

Budget Pay Plan
Budget Pay is a convenient option that provides price protection, zero financing charges (as long as the account stays current), and FREE Automatic Delivery (for credit approved customers) so you don’t need to worry about checking the tank gauge or calling for a delivery. Plus, you can choose convenient automatic deductions from a credit or debit card, or make payments in person or by phone. There is a one-time, $59 nonrefundable enrollment fee. Enroll by July 16 and your equal monthly payments will begin in August.
Pre-buy Plan
Save BIG in the winter by buying early in the summer! Pre-buy gives you the option to purchase propane during the summer months when rates are traditionally lower. Your annual propane usage is estimated to determine the number of gallons to purchase, starting with a minimum of only 400 gallons.
**These gallons sell quickly on a first-come, first-served basis.**
**Orders are valid only with a signed contract and when paid in full.**

Price Cap Plan
The Price Cap Plan guarantees that your propane rate will never exceed a specific amount all year. If the market rate goes higher than the capped rate, you pay the lower rate. There is a one-time, $59 nonrefundable enrollment fee.

Automatic Delivery Service
Our Automatic Delivery Program leaves the scheduling on us! Our inventory tracking system allows us to track historical and current weather conditions as well as monitor propane usage in your tank to determine when a delivery is needed. How’s that for service? You won’t need to call us for a delivery, PLUS you SAVE 10¢ per gallon on your propane when you upgrade to Ludwig Propane’s Automatic Delivery service.
With Automatic Delivery, your delivery will be scheduled before your tank gauge reads below 20 percent full. This reduces the possibility of an undesirable out-of-gas situation. Enroll by August 15th.
Ludwig Propane does ask you to notify us if there has been a change in your home that increases your usage so that our automated routing system information is accurate. If you are not currently enjoying Automatic Delivery, call today and save 10¢ per gallon!
Will Call Customer Tip: If you are a “Will Call” customer, call us when your tank gauge reads 30%. (Tip: Let the tank lid drop back against the tank to ensure the gauge is not stuck.)
